The Prudent Money Team Approach

I get the opportunity to hear many stories on a day-to-day basis.  I typically meet with individuals who are working with financial advisors and are not happy about their current relationship.  The most common complaints are:

  • My advisor relies on me to make the final decision on my investments
  • My advisor left and someone else has been assigned to my account
  • My advisor talks over my head
  • The service from their staff is inconsistent
  • It takes days before e-mails or phone calls are returned

I find that clients don’t value the same things when it comes to an advisor /client relationship.  Some clients want to meet 2 or 3 times a year. Some clients don’t place a high value on meeting and just want to be kept informed on the major items.

Although every client has a different set of values, I find one trait that every client has in common – They want to know that they are going to be taken care of.

So what does “taken care of” mean? 

It means that phone calls and e-mails are handled within hours or the same day.  If not, there better be a good reason.  It means that clients are kept informed.  If there is a problem or personal crisis that is not resolved by the team I can assure you it will be addressed by me personally.  Most importantly, it means that your needs are met and that your goals and our goals are one in the same.

We accomplish that through a team approach.  When I designed the company many years ago, my number one objective was to change the public’s attitude about the financial advisor business and conduct business in a vastly different way than the traditional approach of the commission based financial services industry.  Each part of my team has a specific skill set that is utilized to assure that every need and every goal is met.

Meet the Team

I am the President of Prudent Monday Financial Services and my duties are to get to know your story, help you determine and establish your goals, and lay the foundation going forward.  My primary responsibility is managing and investing clients’ money.  We also personally write bi-weekly newsletters as well as special e-mail alerts so that our clients always know what is happening.  As far as I know, there aren’t any other financial services firms that communicate this extensively with their clients.  

Randall Patterson is an Investment Advisor Representative.  He will be your chief contact to makes sure your every need is met. Randall has a passion, second to none, to serve our clients and make sure they are staying on track with their goals.  Randall and I stay in daily contact discussing client needs and objectives

Amy Eubanks is our Trading Manger.  She has been with Prudent Money Financial Services now for 12 years.  She handles all of the trading of the investments based on my instruction.  She manages the mechanics of the investment process.  Trading and investing money has no room for even a small mistake.  I consider Amy one of the best at trading.  She also manages the office.

Lauren Drewry is our Client Relations Manager.  Lauren makes sure that accounts are set up and money is transferred over.  Throughout the relationship with our clients, she handles any of the day-to-day service needs that come up with our client’s accounts.  Lauren doesn’t miss a detail and has the gift of a servant’s heart.  She is also Amy’s back-up on all trading systems. 

Other Professionals – We also have relationships with attorneys, accountants, and other specialties and bring these relationships to our clients when warranted.
